1. What was the last thing you wished for?
World Peace. Okay, I actually wished that my husband would once again become the fun-loving, interesting, dependable rock that he was when we got married. Things change. 

2. Which  heart-throb was in posters on your wall when you were a teenager?
Who else would it be except the magnificent David Cassidy! My best friend and I were of course members of his Tiger Beat fan club, where I not only got a very special poster of Mr. I-think-I-love-you, but about 200 wallet sized photos (all with the exact same pose!)

3. What is your favorite cereal?
Although Cinnamon Toast Crunch always tempts me, my true fave is the stupid Jenny Craig Complete Start Cereal! I've eaten it just about every morning since last May and I'm still not tired of it. Yummers. 

4. What are the best gifts you've ever given and received?
My friend Harm gave me a flash drive last year (I had never even heard of the thing) which changed my life, and Holly gave me a wonderfully expressive and scary Monkey doll.  I used to give the very best gifts for every and any occasion (when I was rich and thoughtful) but now I just enable others in finding the perfect present. Honestly, though it sounds hokey and cliche, my friends and children are my best gifts ever. I love you guys!

5. What are some of your favorite books?
100 Years of Solitude (and everything Marquez,) Fools Die (Puzo,) The Source (Michener,) plus my very favorite set of art inspiring books by those seesters (my nose is brown!) Of course I've enjoyed thousands of others but I haven't been able to read many these last few years, (eye issues)...this will change when I get my new reading glasses next week (I had totally put that horrible realization that my eyes have indeed aged, deep into the depths of hidden denial...but I need to read!)

6. What are some of your favorite movies?
I mostly like 'em old school: Mr. Skeffington,  Goodbye Mr. Chips, Now Voyager, Juno, The Godfather, Three Godfathers, The Quiet Man (okay, basically everything John Ford,) 1941, The Blues Brothers, Citizen Kane, A Face in the Crowd, The Best Friend, anything Almodovar,  I'd go on, but you'd run out of disc space. 

7. What are some of your favorite CDs?
I usually only buy new copies of my old favorites, like Pink Floyd, The Eagles, Simon and Garfunkel, Loggins and Messina, CSNY, The Grateful Dead, etc...but I'm lovin' Amy Winehouse, Gwen Stefani and Lenine.

8. What are some of your favorite TV shows?
The Office, Arrested Development, Seinfeld, Jeopardy, What not to wear, Medical Miracles, Sarah Silverman, The Soup, Survivor, Project Runway, Top Chef, Chelsea Lately, blah blah blah (never turn it off!)

9.  Where is your favorite place to vacation?
Hanalei. Kauai, and Studio City, California (best friends and paradise...who could ask for anything more!)

10. What's your favorite drink?
Grey Goose Apple Martini with a cherry (see my blog)...or Ketel 1. I've also developed a fondness for Moet Nectar (not Rose) I'm a sucker for these babies! My sister Donna told me that the difference between a drunk and an alcoholic is that an alcoholic gets treatment. On the soft side, I have a legendary penchant for Tab, and sweet spot for Diet Sunkist, and a passion for Diet Raspberry Snapple. English Breakfast tea with a splash of milk is my hot beverage of choice (no black coffee for this gal) but I've been known to throw down a foamy latte with a splash of Baileys!
